Do ALL Women Need Estrogen At Menopause?

It may seem like it, but I disagree. I am a strong supporter of the use of hormone supplements - WHEN THEY ARE NEEDED. "Common Opinion" is that all women will need extra hormones just because they reach menopause. That seems like a design defect to me and as far as I know, our design is really very good.
